Tell us how you feel about your squad

Absolutely over the moon. The balance of bowlers and batters I have is amazing making decisions very tough for me on the field. Everyone contributes something, even Blake with the Croissants and TTP with the wine.

Any players you were unhappy to miss out on?

I would have loved to have got Luke Bolton/Hansie in the side. Both genuine all rounders which every team needs.

I’m looking forward to seeing our team moral build over the coming weeks, they’re a good bunch of lads who all have a good laugh together.

We’re wary mainly of the ASB All stars, their side is very strong even though the captains being carried by the rest of the side
